1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to HobbyMester ApS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

HobbyMester ApS offers a variety of creative workshops and courses, including but not limited to painting and drawing classes, knitting and crocheting courses, ceramics workshops, paper crafts, model building, and photography.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to provide accurate information during registration, comply with all applicable laws, and respect other participants and instructors during all courses and workshops.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Payments for all services must be made in advance through the provided payment channels. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of a workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge. No refunds will be given for no-shows.

6. Liability Limitations

HobbyMester ApS is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage incurred during participation in our activities unless caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided during workshops is protected by intellectual property rights owned by HobbyMester ApS or its instructors. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Force Majeure

HobbyMester ApS shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or governmental actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Denmark without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

13. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole; such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
